What are we Teaching Them?

As leaders, how are we adapting to the needs of the next generation of firefighters? This course creates a forum that opens up to identifying learning styles and the diversity that exists. We will cover how to approach different learning styles and identify ways, as instructors, we can achieve success. This is a 2-hour Lecture style program.
