Lieutenant Jason Liska is a 23-year veteran of the Fire Service, currently serving as an Engine Company Officer and Adjunct Instructor for Lake County Fire Rescue, located in Central Florida. Lt. Liska is also a Faculty Member of the Fire Science Program at Keiser University and an Instructor for the Fire Officer, Inspector, and PIO Programs at the Florida State Fire College. As part of a mission to continuously engage in leadership development and succession planning, Lt. Liska hosts a podcast, “The Can Man Radio Show,” to bring industry leaders and future leaders to the mic to share experiences, both good and bad, about the process of becoming a leader and the importance of succession planning for the next generation.
